Steve Says — Steve playing spot the ball!!

Okay, so perhaps the title of Steve’s Music Mix was not quite as I put it in my heading, but I am sick sick sick of football already, and now even my most favourite music quiz ever has become possessed! Shame on you Steve, I owe you a Glasgow kiss!

Before I get onto the matter in hand, here are a few important notes for you, if you care:

I’m behind on my reading AGAIN! What a surprise, it seems to be a weekend thing. I’ll get there.
I appear to be unfollowing some blogs without pressing unfollow, if you catch my drift. I can only assume it is a little quirk in WordPress. If you’ve not seen me for a while or I did become adrift from your shenanigans, please let me know!

This weeks Questions!

I don’t want England to Win Because? – Storms in Africa – Enya – I am doubtful this would happen if England didn’t win, I mean isn’t it kind of expected that they won’t. After all they are one of my teams in the work sweep stake, so I’ve pretty much obliterated any hope they had. Not hard to tell this quiz is from a Scots man tho :P

My goal is? – Viking Death March – Billy Talent – Ok you’re on. If England win the World Cup I will gather together a few of my friends, well Udders and Monkey anyways cos they are the only ones mad enough, and we’ll do a Viking Death March up Royal Avenue in Belfast.

Which team will win? – Cloud of Stink – Biffy Clyro – Oh how I laughed, cos I’m stupid like that sometimes, but all I could think about was overdosing on Brussel Sprouts and blowing all the other teams off the pitch! Now that certainly would be a cloud of stink.

This Weeks Questions

1. If I ruled the World? – Hurt U by Dusted – I wouldn’t want to hurt anyone. If I ruled the world I’d want to stop all the pain and fighting, a task which seems impossible. I would make people pay for their misdemeanors, but as it’s hard to imagine a world without crime I would have to devise a rather clever and flawless penal system. All I can think right now is, am I ever glad I don’t rule the world!!

2. If only I could? – Freshy by Will.I.am – I’d love to feel all freshy and alive every morning on waking up. Sadly for me it’s more like, WTF!? Shut that alarm clock up before it flies through the air to meet Mr Wall!

3. If I had a million dollars? – Telephone and Rubber Band by The Penguin Cafe Orchestra – Whilst initially I looked at this and thought how random, for me it’s actually pretty spot on. I have a fetish for stationary and I love mobile phones, so were I to have a million dollars in my possession I might indeed buy a telephone and a rubber band. By the way if you have never heard of the band, well they are more of an orchestra, check them out. Brilliant easy listening!

This Week’s Questions!

1. I feel Like? – Hallucinations from the Tudors Soundtrack – I’m not actually sure I would like to experience Hallucinations, unless of course they were going to be much more exciting than real life. I suppose it would mean I always had someone to talk to though!

2. I want to? – Satisfaction – Swedish House Mafia – Hmmm now that’s quite pertinent since Valentines Day has just passed. If I said that right now I can’t seem to get any satisfaction it would send your minds down the wrong path entirely so I’ll just skip on quickly!

3. I need to? – Thousand Crazy Nights – Go Music Go – Oh I could so do with a Thousand Crazy Nights out on the town to blow of the cobwebs and make me feel that there is more to life than work, cooking and cleaning. Anyone up for a huge WordPress Party?
